I want the M240 XD

I'm confused, you are the designated marksman, but you have a M240? I would have thought that would go to a support gunner, or something like that.

Also, why did they take your ACOG?

long and short of it, just cause you have a crew serve doesn't mean you don't have an M4.

I did notice it, but it is also not a rifle I would have thought would go to a designated marksman. But considering you are in vehicles, I guess it makes sense that you would have a shorter rifle.

We prefer the M16 to the M4 and the 240 is just amazing to shoot. makes us happy that we will be going home soon so we can shoot the ones we have at home and not the issued ones

i prefer the M14 or the M110 over the M16!

cause we're driving caimans, i suppose they want the mobility or the lighter more compact weapons.

We operate HEMTT's so we do not have a lot of room for our rifles as well but we probobly have a little more room than you. we would not know we have not been in the caimens.

No i didn't mean anything i was just joking, on top of that, yes i have, I'm in a shooting league we go skeet and trap shooting every Tuesday and i use a Moss-berg model 500. yeah its a 20 gauge, weak i know, but it gets the job done and doesn't leave you sore afterwards. Military hardware on the other hand the only thing I've ever touch was a colt 45. But I'm no stranger to firearms, i just prefer iron sights because I'm too lazy to sight in red dots and scopes.

AR-15 too but that's just the civilian version of the A-4 isn't it? Or is it the M-16?

there are many different varients of AR, so to call one a "civilian" version isn't true, per say.

a true "civilian" one, in my eyes, would be down to every single spec true blue M4 or M16, aside that a civilian owns it.

Oh yeah, i just have a much easier time sighting in irons. I understand how to sight in optics, i just don't like too. I was just calling the AR civilian because its semi auto, but i see what your saying too.
