Initially I thought of not uploading this or not even drawing this 'cause some people on FA are just 'tards when it comes to anything in MLP style or anything remotely relating to MLP. Heck there are idiots who'll unwatch people for drawing one or two pictures relating to the show. And apparently there's no middle ground for the series. You either have to love it or hate it. I for one don't hate it but I don't like it either. It doesn't deserve the popularity that it has. The art's not great, the animation's just so-so, and the jokes aren't really that funny, even for kids show standards.
That being said...I couldn't resist drawing Ankh-chan as a pony. XD And honestly I'm blaming my friends for this. It's all their fault. For getting me into Kamen Rider OOO. For showing me a picture of all the OOO characters as ponies. And for tempting me to draw this. x3 I wasn't gonna draw it at first 'cause the haters of MLP are just rude and take every opportunity to tell people that they hate the show and assume that anyone who draws something that remotely relates to MLP must be a rabid fan or "brony" (if they're guys) or whatever. I just happen to like Kamen Rider OOO and drawing characters as animals. *shrug*
I actually don't like MLP:FiM style at all. Most of the fan art for the show looks tons better than the series could ever dream of looking. So I had to try to make the style look appealing to me. So while I refered to the MLP style for this I also looked at
thorn's art for the toony feel 'cause her art just had that toony style that I was trying to get at. ^^; Plus I needed to add in visible hooves...the non-visible hoof thing in MLP bugs the heck outta me. x3
Also I'm well aware that he only has one wing. Don't feel like fully writing out everything I wrote out in my sketch blog post so the link is below if you wanna know my whole thought process.

Ah, well yeah I just put the same thing in my blog post too. XD All I really complained about in the tweets was that the proportions were off and that I find it more difficult to draw in a style or to draw things that look "simple" due to the lack of details to work with.
