Info on Kajnns and Bilkajnns

Kajnn- an individual trained specifically and elected to lead a town or city by the people, a Kajnn must know and have interacted, spoken with many people in their own town to be eligible for election, there is no advertising, the Kajnn must be known through real actions.



bilkajnn- the grand Kajnn, resides in the capital city and has minor control over all smaller local governments, but not invasively so, must have lead a city or town before, must have made a pilgrimage and talk to several people from several towns and cities and be well known through real action.

The name of Marronian leaders is inspired by khan which may be obvious, but its pronounced more like kane/kang here, somewhere between those sounds.
