I make my mashed potatoes by rule of thumb, but it’s not really complicated and makes a wonderfully lumpy batch for two persons :3
Ingredients:
10 Medium sized potatoes
37,5 g Butter
Milk
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Cook the potatoes until they get soft.
2. Mash them with a whisk (If you don’t want as many lumps use the electrical kind)
3. Add butter
4. Add milk according to how velvety you want the mash to be. I use 0,5-2 dl (0.21-0.85 cups)
