Lewdo, aka 1EWD0, was unit 10 of an small infantry that fought against the Troopmon Army. He was traumatized by witnessing his entire team be converted, leaving him in this new age of rebuilding nervous, conspiratorial, and doing everything to make sure history doesn't repeat itself. Everyone knows there are still some troopmon lingering after the war, but he believes there is a large collective of the corrupt soldiers gathering momentum for a comeback when they least expect it.

By day, he assists the Salvation Taskforce in Cyberhub City, even though they don't let Lewdo on as a full-fledged member. Which is fine by him, being too busy with his own investigations and work everyone dismisses as unhinged. When does he find time to sleep? Mostly he eats from his cashe of "Emergency Stimulation Restoration Bars" to stave off tiredness, maybe wash it down with a cup of espresso.

So yeah, a twitchy mess that needs therapy, but is an unlikely line of defense in these unprecedented times for the Digital World.
