Captain Jeremy comes from Marleybone originally, but after tensions with The Radicals he fled with a few family members and after a few wrong turns and a uncharted stormgate, ended up in a strange place called Liberty County. He quickly adjusted but also found himself dragged into the criminal lifestyle, and eventually formed a small crew of other misfits. He ended up meeting a new contact who took him and his crew in and reformed them into various jobs: Paramedics, Law Enforcement Officers, Pilots, Scuba Divers, and a few other jobs.
