Ja dieses war einst eine Radio-herstellungsfabrik. Keine Radiosendestation.
Translate of English:
Yes, this was once a radio production factory. No radio transmitting station.
But impressive is just the building and construction can be really sad about the decline of this senseless ruins workshops.:

While it is sad to see a lot of the old DDR factories decaying and abandoned it is interesting to see how some old DDR things survive even now. I think it is still possible to get ORWO film even now, and it is funny how Afga is not doing as well as ORWO!
Doesn't the government demolish the old DDR factories?

No, with the demolition of the former GDR government had nothing more to care, because it has the economy is finally left to themselves, and who could not survive on the Great market economy, has just closed without further ado.
But still there are success stories from productions that have survived, as well as ORWO and have "Rotkäppchen"champagne and wine products and also the old East German traffic light man made it.

Oh right, I remember "Ampelmannchen," and it is good that the West Germans did not totally get rid of him!
It really is too bad that the West Germans were in such a hurry to close down the East German enterprises. I am pretty sure that some industries, such as the old Trabant car, might have had a future in today's market especially with those vehicles being small and having the potential to be fuel efficient if it had the right engine. While most East German industries were not the most efficient I think at least some of them could have been saved rather than be abandoned such as the radio factory. The fact remains that German-made products are very much in demand because on both sides of the border there was high standards of quality.
I can understand why a lot of the old DDR state enterprises are still standing because I am sure it is not easy to tear down so many old buildings. Even in the United States many old factories stay up for years which can be frustrating.
