After my first layer of paint, I saw just how bad my Rust-Oleum 2X High Gloss paint was. It was not glossy, sprayed too thick, and cracked and bubbled trying under ideal conditions. Change of plans. I put on a thicker second coat, and let it dry overnight. I'll be sanding with 600 then 1200 grit, and painting high gloss clear over that.
Here's hoping the clear does it's job. Their black worked perfectly fine.
