Awesome ref sheet I got to do for a TSL member of their OC Shenlong (also known as Rainbringer for its formal Guild name)! I don't normally do this for refs, but I wanted to give hand painting the background a shot, and I really like how it looks! The character is based on Chinese folklore, NOT the Dragon Ball Z dragon.
I did this piece for free since it was for an IRL friend who decided to join the server :] TSL's animal people are selectively bipedal so while its standing on all fours here, this character can actually stand and walk upright, so I tagged it as both bipedal and feral? Because here it looks feral, but it technically isn't.
