Waka was born in the kingdom of Turtlereef not long after his father moved there to keep watch on Mona 3 Grace named him Waka after he Hatch form his egg after hearing some Turtlereef poetry so named him after a genre of Turtlereef poetry

Growing up
Waka loved the kingdom of tuttlereef with his family his father had teach him and his other brothers and sisters to all ways be honorable at some point Waka had found him self his poke diaper be cause their father wears a Ninetales and their current mother is all so a fire type many if not all Shaymins in the Floaro family wear fire type pokemon as their diapers it become tradition to the Floaro Shaymins his diaper is a close friend of his a Slugma named Melt who over time become his diaper and can let Waka not only use his moves but Flame Body as well he was often trained by his father in how to battle when he does fight he does have some of his father Cockiness in him too but for a while he didn't know what to do with his life

Royal Guard Officer Academy
He end up going to the Royal Academy in Pangororia thanks to his father when he gotten there he didn't know what classes to take nothing feel right for him that was till one night while trying to clear his head he saw his childhood Friend Tatus dancing in the moonlight he was in aw as he blushed as he all ways had feelings for her and this made him realise just how much he loved her he has a crush on her and he hoped he could get her to see that some day but all so this awaken in him what he was missing he loved dancing so much so he feel that become a dancer is his path in life so form that point on he started taking dancing classes

Fan dance
the style of dance he taken in is Fan danceing as it very common in both Pangororia and Turtlereef wanting to learn all styles of it like Bon Odori, Buyō, Bian lian, Flower Drum Lantern and many more

Training under Great Sylvando
At some point he catch the eye of the Great Sylvando and taken under his wing to learn dancing this help him become a even better dancer and Sylvando liked his style of dance so much he offer him to join his group but he turn down his offer saying his heart belongs to someone in tuttlerref

The Graceful Gracidea
After he graduated he return home to tuttlereef now as a very different shaymin his father would give him a Eternal Gracidea he would wear it hidden under this robes he would make his own kind of robes a Unique Floaro family robe base on the robes the family wear he all so started speaking in a Kalosian accent to make him more mysterious he all so have special sets of Fans made that he can use in his dancing with many kind of designs however they are all so his deadly weapons as the tips of the fans has very sharp steel tips allowing him to cut even steel types when he fights with them he uses his dances moves to cut a foe apart and he can even throw them with deadly accuracy however while they can kill he try's to pamp his foes if he can but this makes it so no matter what if he attacked he can defend himself and catch his foes off guard when he made his debut as a dancer he was beloved by people of Tuttlereef most of all the girls they all loved him but there was only one girl he wanted his flame grew till many outside of tuttlereef had heard of him and come form all over to see his dances at the dance theatre or events so much so that Mona 3 often hires him for private shows at the Champion Palace he loved when ever he could do dances with Tatus and he was quickly known as the The Graceful Gracidea

Power of clairvoyance
One day when he was practising for one of his private shows at the Champion Palace as he dance away he suddenly saw a vision of the show where a pokemon sitting behind Veil gotten up to attack her and when Mona 3 try to stop it he was hit in the back by a kunai killing him when it ended he was shocked at what he saw did he just saw the future he thought he might been pushing himself to hard but later that night when he started his show he saw the pokemon who would attack Veil so keep a close eye oh them the very moment he saw them try to attack Veil he throw his fans shocking Mona and the crowd his first Fan strike Veil attacker right in the face ending him right away while his second fly right into the path of the kunai blocking it and forcing it to hit the floor being caught in the fan material seeing this the guards look up where it come form and Grace and the other guards try to catch the assassin Drake looked in pure shock seeing the Kunai as he told Mona it the same kind of Kunai that had taken Ike life being it had to been the same assassin but this one was made to cut though Mona hidden pamp armour Mona then thank Waka and ask just how he knew of the assassins that when he told them what happen before how he saw it when he was practising after that news of this reach Atem

Atem training
He come to tuttlereef to see Waka and he could tell he had potential so much so he could even rival or surpass his power of seeing the future if he mastered it so he taken him under his wing as a apprentice training him when ever he gone to tuttlereef under his training Waka soon learn how to use his power in a controlled way so it not be random he all so pick up Atem way of being vague about what he sees so he tells his prophecies he tells usually contain some humorous action or phrase when telling them to those who pay to get their futures told or when he chooses to tell someone to help them

Moon Tribe
During the Lunar Festival he was taking part in it as one of it dancers who had gotten the honour to dance with Emery in her dances as he getting ready she meet with him and she was shock at what she could feel coming form him Grace who was with his son ask her what was wrong if he is a Lunar kid she told him he is something more that he is a Pokémon of the Moon Tribe and ask Grace if she could see his wife when she did he confirmed that she too has the blood of the Moon Tribe when Waka ask what are the Moon Tribe she told them they are a civilization form the Mew era who said to lived on the Moon with the First born Mew of the Moon but was thought to be wiped out after the fall of that era and had powers such like clairvoyance and was stronger then normal Pokémon but till outclassed by human Pokémon hearing this he was shocked he never thought of him self to be so special

Swia war
When the war happen he taken part in it with his family under Tuttlereef his dances moves in combat wow many ally troops to keep fighting and while making hard for Dark Gators to land attacks on him as well as his power of clairvoyance was a big help as he see what Dark gators place or what traps they place even if it not straight information

Waka Proposal
After the war was over he held a very special show during the week of their victory celebrations he did his Graceful dances as all ways but one point in the show he fly over to Tatus and when he landed he offer her to join his dance as they pair dance Gracidea pedals rained down as he got down on his knee mid dance and pull out form his robe a ring asking Tatus if she want to dance with him for the rest of their life's
