It's not that the whole "displacer sphinx" thing didn't work out, it's just that it leaned into certain things that were excited but not intended. So, going back to her friend, she was fitted with another collar. One that should "work better." And it did! There was a catch, as always: they couldn't get it off. Not the worst problem. Madoc appreciated Sabrina delving into the life of a displacer beast, and it was thrilling! Clothes, however, were proving to be a problem. And the tailoring costs. And... well, a lot of things, honestly.
But this was gonna get fixed soon. Surely soon.
Just a logical (to me) extension of things for Sabrina. I think displacer beasts are under-rated as well, they're quite fun! If, perhaps, a challenge with the limbs and such.
