There's a lot that goes on here, and arguably this skips a step (as around 23, when she exalts, she has a different hairstyle). But, this is how she appears in most images, and is probably the most iconic look for her (even if some of those pics are, by virtue of hairstyle, technically not in the right part of the timeline).
Kate's Lycanroc is named Gaul, which is a very, very bad pun, as he's named after one of the Aiel from the Wheel of Time (a member the warrior society "Stone Dogs"). I legitimately forgot why I had named him that at one point, and groaned out loud when I managed to get my own joke again XD
Also, funnily enough, my naming him that also means that, technically, Kate had to have read those books, too.
