In terms of the body this piece is really good, but I am concerned with how youv'e structured the head. My suggestion would be to draw from photographs of real bovines, and also look at how other artists anthropomorphise this. Eventually, after lots of practice, you should have your heads at a satisfactory standard. Also, keep studying from references when doing bodies.
