Elio is the youngest of three, and is known to be very reckless. Ever since he was a Riolu, he's been causing trouble wherever he goes. Evolving into a Lucario didn't help to tame his chaotic nature. Always looking for a fight, Elio's passion for battle caused his aura to blaze. This allows him to add the fire typing to his signature move. He couldn't control himself and this only caused problems for his two older brothers. Especially Spark, who always had to clean up his messes. However, all that changed when he met Caecius.

After learning of Caecius' traumatic past, Elio's disposition changed. He calmed down and became less erratic. So much so that his two older brothers hardly recognize him. As time went on, Elio and Caecius formed a strong bond, and the two became inseparable.

Wanting nothing more than to protect his new partner, Elio decided to become stronger and sought out the power of mega evolution. Training at the Tower of Mastery for days on end, he not only learned to mega evolve, but achieved an incredibly rare ability only heard of in legends. Everlasting mega evolution.
