Happy Tape day!! Or Happy late tape day lol
Honestly, I'm really stupid for not even knowing it was tape day at all, and thanks to some of my friends who know me too well, I'm now fully aware of it now. What better way to celebrate tape day with my boys having lots of fun with duct tape, inflatable toys, and a bouncy castle. Yup, my favorite combination hahaha!
It was all just a simple event. Asher went ahead and got a free bouncy castle for his closest friends, Rokai and Reed, who all of them just love bouncy castles. As mentioned, he got that bouncy castle for free at a small store in Splatsville which clearly is a really good deal right? Once at their home where Rokai and Reed are eager to play in it, Asher managed to quickly set up the bouncy castle, it was exactly as they imagined it to be: A bouncy castle with lots of fun colors and a nice, soft, and rubbery interior. It was like the trio were about to enter the amusement park of their dreams and it was all to themselves and at this point, nothing to stop their happiness, right? Reed thought it was a little strange for this very good-looking bouncy castle to be free but after seeing Rokai so happy with it, he clearly didn’t mind at all. With the two happy inklings and octoling, the boys take off their shoes and enter the bouncy castle and within mere moments, all three were just bouncing around and having the time of their lives. A few minutes passed and something strange appeared in the middle of the rubbery bouncy castle, an inflatable blue transparent orca. The trio quickly stopped their bouncing and looked at the orca. Rokai was becoming too excited as he loves pool toys as well as Reed although Asher was very confused as he doesn’t remember seeing the inflatable orca or even obtaining it with the bouncy castle. Rokai was ready to ride it, but Reed wanted to give it a try first to see if it was part of the bouncy castle itself. After playing on it for a bit and ready to give the all clear, small rubbery straps trapped Reeds hands, waist, and legs and out of the creases of the bouncy castle was purple sticky duct tape that were hovering moving around like snakes. Rokai and Asher were confused and somewhat terrified as both boys had both blue and green duct tape behind them. Reed couldn’t move at all as he was strapped to the inflatable which made it easy for the purple tape move towards and mummify him. Rokai and Asher tried saving Reed but to no avail and both were quickly snatched away from the hovering yet aggressive duct tape. The only sounds that can be heard were squeaking, creaking and tape tearing mixed with the sounds of groaning and struggling noises.
Around roughly 30 minutes later, the trio were mummified in the sticky duct tape of their colors. The boys were somehow stripped of their clothing and were wrapped up as tape mummies. Reed was still strapped to the inflatable orca but now wrapped up completely except his upper head as all he could do is forcibly ride the rubber orca. Asher was completely bound and trapped as his whole body was mummified in the green tape. All he could do was squirm around like a worm but at the same time also bouncing. Rokai was mummified just like his two close friends but not exactly bound as he was a literal walking tape mummy. His whole body was completely wrapped up especially his hands that were now tape mittens and even though he could “walk,” the rubbery bouncy interior made it hard for him to move plus with both of his hands and feet completely taped up, he was basically stuck himself just like his two close friends. Soon after, the entrance of the bouncy castle closed off entirely as the boys tried struggling to be free which made them realize that they were going to be stuck there for a long time unless someone finds them. Now the cephalopod trio were inside the bouncy castle that was clearly some kind of trap. The only thing they can do now is struggle and make struggling noises but since their mouths were tightly taped up, all they can make is moaning noises. In the end, they get to still “enjoy” their bouncy castle fun but as tape mummies so it’s not all bad right? I’d say this is a happy ending lol!

After hearing about tape day plus the art piece I received, it was just all too perfect lol Duct tape and mummies for tape day is such an amazing thing and seriously can’t wait to do more!
