After Tiberius and his squad killed the demon and saved Raven in the process. Raven was taken by Tiberius to medical care, believing she was some random civilian who got caught in a bad situation. Eventually some of the doctors were confused by Raven's physiology after running scans on her for any injuries she may have suffered, then Ruby (Domi3d's character) intervened and told Tiberius and the doctors who she really was. Tiberius was surprised and curious on why would a demon be after her. But it didn't matter, what's done is done. He took sympathy for her, and decided to care for her under his wing after she recovered.

Weeks gone by, Tiberius and Orianne, took care of her. At first Raven wondered on why would these strangers give a care about her, even knowing who she was. But she began to notice something happening to her. Being without a steady supply of energy she's used to, she made due with another alternative. She tried a sample of it, then wanted more given how so pure it is. Instead of lust, it was positive emotions, happiness, joy, affection, etc. Then she developed a motherly affection for Tiberius' children she met and spend time with, from playing games, and reading them stories.

Finally, she became a tamed succubus that absorbs energy from positive emotions, a nanny to Tiberius' and his lovers' children. Sometimes, she has desires on having her own, which that gives Orianne an idea.

To explain why she got tall. Because absorbing energy from positive emotions had a side effect on her.
