Mirage was specifically made for combine several of these scary things into a single character, hence the embodiment of the FEAR spectre.


But why Mirage is so benevolent considering her origin, her powers, and her nature is difficult to understand if we don't consider something else in the background. Above all the fears and dangers, deep down lies a very acute sense of regret and the ultimate consequence of all evil: an absolute feeling of emptiness and meaninglessness.

Mirage was born both by accident and as a desperate cry for redemption from these beings. A miracle of consequences that would lead to a being born of darkness, a being whose presence makes fear irrelevant, a being of will in the face of the abyss, a being who displays the most important value in the face of adversity and fear.
