1. After you fully pay for the
character you wish to adopt,
you will receive the drawing
without the "SALE" watermark
via mega/file
(watermark of the artist will
stay in the reference).

2. Upon receiving the character,
you have the right to
commission and/or draw,
name/rename, change the lore,
and add/change headcannons
for the character.
DO NOT make edits to the
drawing without my permission.
You may request small edits,
but larger edits will result in an
additional charge.

3. You DO NOT have the right to
resell or trade the character to
someone else for profit. The
character is yours now and
forever, no exceptions.
This is meant to ensure trust
between the buyer and the seller.
If this isn't followed, I have the
right to blacklist you in public via
a link.

4. If you want to buy a character
for a third party as a gift, please
do mention that before buying the
character. I will request for the
third party to note/dm me that
they'll accept the gifted adoptable
from you. Third party must follow
the rules of the ToS as well.

5. You have the right to
commercially use the adoptable
for merch such as clothes,
posters, containers, etc.
However, you DO NOT have the
right to use them for any
blockchain-related technology
such as NFTs, Cryptocurrency,
or any future inventions in that
space.

6. Please DO NOT use the
character for any future programs
of Artificial Intelligence image
generators. This will result in
you being put on a black list
as well.
