Mochi, the Perma-inflated Raichu, and his friend "Shock", the Popper-fanatic Pichu...kinda. The latter is in reality a yellow-accented Zorua named Honey Mustard, whose popping tricks are really just intense illusions. It does pair well with Mochi's very real ability to inflate anyone at will, aided by an inflation artifact...even if it's an ability pairing that somewhat irks the balloon Rai XP
