Shiranui is the original Okami. Amaterasu is the reincarnation of Shiranui. Both are introduced in Okami. Chibiterasu is Amaterasu's son, the father is unknown. YamiChibiterasu or 'Dark Sun Chibi' is well... a dark version of Chibi. Both Chibi and YamiChibi are introduced in the sequel of Okami, OkamiDen.
