This is a good approach for you! I think that is the best way to do it, both traditional and digital. You portrayed the scene perfectly, I can definitely feel the tone and emotion in this. Lovely work on the expressions. The linework and coloring are always on point. Excellent job on the details too, from the plants, the grass, the mountains, even down to the scales. It came together <3
