No, that has nothing to do with it. It's just gene expression.
A human can carry a hybrid gene. Which hybrid the offspring becomes depends on which gene wins out at birth. Simple example would be a human (cat gene) x human (dog gene) has a chance for either a cat or a dog hybrid, but can also still have a regular human offspring. The amount of hybridization has nothing to do with that process. On a side not, hybrid x human or hybrid x hybrid couples still have three optional hybrids. Hybrid 1, hybrid 2 or human. (assuming they all carry a hybrid gene)
