This OC is for my digi bro

Bio:
-was taken from his world along with lord rabbit as they were already immortal
-given the ability to create and form clouds for various purposes, from transport, carrying heavy objects, or as a means of taking out opponents without hurting them too much
-able to create weapons and tools from clouds though they will dissipate when Sibuxiang doesn’t need them
-uses his fishing rod not just for his hobby, but also grabbing things from a distance as well as reeling in ememies that try to escape
-loves stuffing others into his beeg poofy pamp
-loves spending time with his ragtag family, especially going on fishing trips and cuddling in general
-mark found on tail
Story:
One day as Ethan headed up to his little meditation sanctuary on a peak in TurtleReef, he was surprised to have his aura eyes activate, meaning another lost ragtag was close by. Sure enough, he found someone relaxing on his usual spot, a deer with a divine aura and with a plump poofy pamp to match. Ethan immediately recognized him as Sibuxiang, as he waved to greet his lost deer bro. Sibuxiang noticed his poofy Lucario bro and walked over for a beeg poofy hug, glad to see that he was ok after the otsutsuki lab escape. Both of them decided to stay here for a while, relaxing as they talked about what they been up to over some tea Sibuxiang made. He recalled how he had a bit of a rough landing arriving in TurtleReef though his pamp helped cushion his fall. He wandered around taking in TurtleReef’s beautiful mountains, reminding him of a familiar place he cant quite remember. The deer came across Ethan’s sanctuary by complete accident, sensing Ethan’s aura around the place and so decided to wait here in hopes his lu bro would find him. Thankfully the plan worked, and so after a while longer, both bros headed back to the Ragtag House in CrownReef, Ethan excited to properly welcome his deer bro home with Sibuxiang just excited to be reunited.
