I believe that Brok's moveset should be based on Phoenix Wright as he appeared in Marvel VS Capcom 3, but a little different. He'd only have two modes based on the "Punch-and-Click" style of his game: Investigation Mode, a defensive mode in which he finds clues to incriminate his opponent and boost his own stats as he grows confident with his clues, and Brawl Mode, an offensive mode that has Brok lay the smackdown on the rightfully accused opponent! He'd also have a move in which he'd throw the evidence at the enemy as a projectile, but it'd cause his stats to drop, meaning he has to go back to Investigation Mode to get new evidence.
