yes, it very much can be about self-control, which I also lack in other areas.
maybe I'm lying to myself (I've come into a time of self discovery lately) but I feel I have learned to keep my hate in check, at least, my fanatical hatred that I used to have as a child.
I'm more focused on maintaining others free will nowadays.
