Thanks to her years on studying plants and wildlife, she is able to come up some good ideas on invention that deal with the human food supply or other needs. Beside from her usual work, Edith help her husband, Dr. Thaddeus Whiteley with his personal research using modern technology to cast similar magic effects. Deep down, Edith isn't a fan on some of the research her husband done, since some of the experiments he does on himself. But at the same time, she know that the people that funded their research are asking major results. Beyond being a researcher, Edith is a mother of two twin daughters Chloe and Zoey. She does her best raise them well, and see them being successful at their own pace. Edith was hoping for them of being great scientists, but the same time kept that life away.
