”Where Robin once stood, there stood a blue furred hare in his clothing, a metal plate on his head. His belly was bigger, far bigger than Rocket’s, and he appeared to be twice as tall as the raccoon as well. He shook himself and looked around as Rocket swore in languages none of the others had heard before.
”Who are you?” Chrom asked, pointing Falchion at the bunny. “What have you done to Robin?”
”I ain’t done nothing, sweet Prince!” The hare responded, his bravado evident as he folded his arms and smirked. “He’s still here… we’re just fused together. Oh, and by the way, name’s Blackjack. Blackjack O’Hare. I ain’t gonna be called “you” for the rest of my time here. I’ll fight for ya in his stead… we can discuss my pay later.”
Chrom’s mouth opened and shut repeatedly, as everyone looked at him, some with suspicion and a few looking like they wanted to pet him. However, all of them knew they had to wait until after Gristonne was driven back. Then they would get their answers.
