This is really pretty! It definitely sets a mood. Excellent choice on color palette. You did a marvelous job utilizing that and making it come to life. Fantastic attention to details, from the sand to the water splashing. It all came together nicely. Keep up the great work! C;
Was thinking more about shades of darker green/teal-grayish, rather than blue (wouldn't make sense to add blue, with the skyline like this) on the foreground waves in some shading details to bump up the contrast a bit. I remember doing things like that to make the front pop-out better, when I did some digital painting many years ago. The background is fine, giving the foggy air-perspective~
