The FINAL character that's apart of the Apex Alliance's Sinnoh Divison! The apex alliance is the evil team of my own pokémon fan lore that has teams across the regions! And i finally have all of the admins drawn entirely for one of the divisions! Just missing the grunt outfits however-
LORE:
The prince of eternal nightmares, born in the Noctura Kingdom only accessible when a person is asleep or by certain pokemon and anthromon.
The kingdom is ruled by his mother, a Cresselia, and his father, a Darkrai.
They preside over all dreams and nightmares understanding that they needed each other for the balance of all.
However they birthed 2 darkrai children which both have the powers of Nightmares. Whilst his sister tries to mitigate her reach of her abilities. He adores it.
He is convinced that the powers of Nightmares and Dreams are not being used to their full potential by his family, that these dreams could be used to the benefit of the kingdom and could be used to influence the waking world into doing what they want.
The king and queen are against this and barred him from using his powers for such. So for the longest time he has just been creating Dream like sounds
All the audio you hear in your dreams? That was him
He was allowed to interact with dreams simply in an auditory sense and was heavily monitored. That was until he went AWOL and ran off to start the Daisetsu Kaigun.
He was apart of the founding of the Sinnoh division of the Apex Alliance, The Daisetsu Kaigun. However unlike some of the members, He didnt agreed with killing all of the humans. But what apart of the camp that wanted to create the two different worlds.
He simply wants to control, use the dreams of people to influence and guide them into the world he wants to create, to replace the dreams of others with his own dream, a world of nightmare.
He is also different than his father as he has the fairy type which allows him to inflict physical damage using nightmares and also temporarily render a random person's dreams or nightmares reality.
