Today I finished my second German Shepherd portrait. Both the first and second portraits were based on the same photo. The first one took me about 5 hours, the second about 3.5. The image format and the chosen drawing size are almost identical. I find the differences fascinating. Since I found it too boring to draw the same subject twice from the same perspective, I mirrored the dogs in each portrait. So one is looking from the right and the other from the left. I love it.
