Backstory:

It was Shōwa 61. The streets were paved with gold and the sky was the limit. Daisuke, head of Fujinori Group, felt pretty good about himself. He put his feet up on his solid mahogany desk and lit up an imported Cuban cigar. The intercom chimed.
"Mr. Fujinori, a packet arrived that was flagged as urgent. It included a VHS and a handwritten note."
"Intriguing. Bring it at once."
Mariko entered the office, placed the mysterious contents on the desk, bowed and left after Daisuke waved her off. He put the black plastic rectangle in the VCR. The note read:
"I hope this recording will make your decision easier."
He didn't recognize the handwriting and pressed play.
The screen showed a nondescript office room with a window that looked out towards the urban sprawl of Tokyo. After a few seconds voices could be heard.
"Is this thing on?"
"It is when the red light is on. Just check the front of the camera, you stupid bimbo."
"Watch your fucking tongue, mountain hag."
Akari stepped into view of the camera and adjusted her glasses to get a better look.
"It's recording. There, wasn't complicated, eh?"
Shirone assumed a spot beside Akari.
"Just let's get this behind us, okay?"
Both fox ladies faced the camera and addressed the viewer on the other side of the screen.
"Daisuke," began Akari, "we know how difficult it is for you to find someone suitable for the position of VP of Acquisitions."
"Yeah," interrupted Shirone, "apparently that wallflower knows how to turn heads. Go figure."
"I most certainly do! Anyway, since our powers of seduction are on par we agreed to catfight it out. We understand you're a fan and this should prove who has the self-assertion necessary for this job."
The two fox ladies faced each other.
"Maybe you can charm the pants off others, but I doubt a nerd like you can throw a punch worth a damn."
"Only one way to find out. Bring it, you vulgar slut."
