So ok look, I never knew the witch doctor was originally supposed to be a lizard man. All these years I never knew or recognized any signs and always thought it was just the fandom making furry canon that he was lizard man. Didn't even notice him having a tail either. I just thought he was a witch doctor. Most NPCs in Terraria are just humans.
