Zhao is a Thiren form the world of ZZZ who works for Krampus Compliance Authority not much is known about her past but what is known is Zhao grew up in a large family that was both poor and struggling, where affection and trust never outweighed the rule of survival: "Whoever can bring the most benefit gets more to eat." She looked sweet and likeable, but that only made others think she was easy prey. In that harsh, predatory environment, people quickly labeled her as "low value." So her elders wrote her off as someone who'd never amount to anything, leaving her to a fate of being dismissed and abandoned. Everything changed when she met a Krampus official who saw her hidden potential instantly. From that moment on, she sealed away her past with her family, joined Krampus, and vowed to prove her true worth. "Once you have value, you'll be seen even if you're crawling in the mud." after that he become a Krampus Compliance Authority Judge, was one of the elite members who joined in the early days. Though she looks innocent and cute on the outside, she's actually sharp-minded, meticulous, and principled. She puts great importance on "value" and "equivalent exchange" not in the sense of pricing things with money, but in analyzing someone's ability and potential, giving an objective and long-term assessment of the impact they can make. Search for Ragtags
As Zhao fought her way through the otsutsuki lab security bots fiercely, she made sure to assist any other ragtags in escaping through the portals before she jumped through herself. When she came to she found herself in a mountainous area where the scenery reminded her of something but couldn’t put her finger on it. Brushing off the thought for now, she made it her first priority to treat her injuries, find out where she landed and where the other ragtags were. Soon she managed to find a town, dragging herself to the clinic where the local doctor treated her. Seeing the mark on her leg the doctor asked if she was a ragtag which caught her attention as she asked how he knew. The doctor explained how there are other ragtags living in the neighboring kingdom of Crownreef, and that they sometimes travel to Turtlereef where Zhao currently was for errands or quests. Hearing the good news Zhao was excited to hear that the other ragtags made it out safely. Once she fully recovered, she thanked the doctor before speeding off towards the ferry station to catch a ride to Crownreef, running with surprising speed despite her massive poofy diaper.

Ragtag House
When she gotten to the house she happy to see them and all who been found so far she loved her family and love all the things they get up to however in her early days it not easy for the Ragtags with her as they quick to noticed how she cautious toward kindness that comes without reason even form them and how there must all ways be a equivalent exchange as when they offers help without asking for anything in return, Zhao gets a bit uncomfortable. It's not that she dislikes them she just can't figure out what she's supposed to offer back to complete the "transaction." as she all ways sees things must be give and take she sees everything with a "value" even herself however they all willing to show her what love really like to show her there can be love and kindness without the need to give back and Zhao eventually realized that being liked isn't a bad thing at all, and it has nothing to do with how much value she holds. but still at times has to deal with this part of her loves dancing and singing with her ragtag siblings, as well as assisting in quests/missions in fact she with help of the popstar ragtags help her make her own song called "Tiny Giant" which as made her popular in fact she liked being very popular and form a strong friendship with Velvet and often go out with her for a girl outing and charming boys she all so really loved going to Milos as she loves his ramen and kind of reminds her a bit of her past all so she often shocks both her family and those around her at just how FAST she can run however they can't help but laugh at her when she falls over after coming to a dead stop

11th High Captain of Crownreef
Wanting to support her family she started working for Ramus and she work her way up to become one of his High Captains being known as the 11th often called the Tiny Giant both name after her song but all so how strong she is as she can bring down Pokémon who 3 or 4 times her size with ease she name her unit the Krampus Crownreef Authority they act both as Royal guards but all so regulatory organization for Crownreef basically as a secret police who can punish all who deal harm Crownreef in the shadows both form within and external no matter who the poke is or they class and position this lead many to think Zhao is Crownreef hidden Judge but while she does act like one in the grounds of her unit she not THE Judge not even she knows who it is but when ask why she form this unit she says it work she knows well and feels it something she did in the past

When the war happen she join it with her unit under crownreef and happy to see her family the Ragtags would all so join in the war many of the dark gators forces underestimated her because of her small size and innocent and cute looks despite Andrea warnings many was shock at how powerful and skill she is as well how fast she could move and she's actually sharp-minded, meticulous, and principled makeing her someone to fear
