Pleased to share this beautiful speedpaint of Abalus by the wonderful Isvoc (Isvoc)!
Often when I commission a speedpaint from Isvoc, it's complete artistic license... I might suggest a backdrop, like a forest, and then she works her magic. This time I had an idea of a campfire scene with Abalus as a storyteller, and shared this with Isvoc. Abalus is a very friendly dragon (don't let his new size fool you into thinking otherwise), and he's known to regale friends and travelers he meets with stories of his adventures. No better time to share stories than around a campfire! There's still a few spots available around the fire; grab a stick and a marshmallow and prepare to be entertained! Abalus might embellish a bit here and there, but that just adds to the entertainment factor! Abalus has been around a very long time; he has a lot of stories to share and he's happy to have a receptive audience. I just love campfires, and this is so beautifully done - the lighting off that campfire just makes it so inviting, and I can almost feel the warmth off that fire. Might scoot in myself and take a place by the fire!
