Part of an art thing I did to boost visibility of a gofundme that has since met its goal. Intended as a fan character for the Wastelandia setting but I don't know if Izzyzzz is continuing with the IP at this point (some people got nasty about it beyond "oh I have constructive criticism"). Myotonia congenita is a condition seen in both goats and humans - essentially, fainting goats. Can change whatever about the character so long as the disability is kept.
