Character belongs to Saberkoi
This was my half of an art trade and I couldn’t pass up drawing this super unique creature. If you look in their head, they have a fish tank which I think is super neat and deserves to be used more in dragon designs if not for anything but I think they’re fun to draw.
If there’s anything I love drawing, it’s ocean/underwater scenes. I didn’t do a full body rendering like I planned, but that’s because I put a lot of time into the background and face that I didn’t want to ruin anything with my sub-par rendering abilities and left it as-is. I will attempt more rendering since I’ve been doing a lot of experimenting, but this one was too complicated that I worried about losing motivation and not finishing it.
