I had the same idea for my own headcannon, that Lambert (my lamb) would want to find a way to give hakar her eyes, or rather her vision back after learning how the bishops punished her.
Your lamb also mentions healing shamura's skull, that reminds me of a bit of headcannon i came up with in regards to the bishops. The way i see it, the bishops grew to lean on their crowns as crutches of a sort when dealing with their own injuries, using their powers to replace or substitute what was lost. Shamura in particular using his crown to literally hold their shattered mind together. As such, when they return as mortal followers, they all suddenly end up having to deal with the injuries they still have without the aid of their crowns. Leshy panicking due to his blindness, (he likely used the green crown to see for him) Heket barely being able to speak and facing starvation (she probably hasn't eaten since that slash to the neck), Kallamar falling sick due to his ear injuries (lost his sense of balance), and Shamura loosing his mind without the purple crown keeping it together (my reason for his instant dissention in game).
I would imagine your lamb's healing of shamura's skull happened during the "old wounds" quest line. One thing i like about that questline is that, while the bishops injuries do heal, they don't dissapear, the bishops are left with scars to remind them. (You might be able to actually see the scars on Heket's neck)

My Lamb thinks Hagar deserves some eyes! Poor girl has been through enough without also having to be blind on top of it. Lamb views dying as a bit of a sacred duty, and as she can come back from the dead, she uses the parts from her corpses for various things. (The cult has mutton dinners whenever she dies, how nice of her!) So using the eyes from one of her corpses and a bit of fur from Hagar to make the eyes compatible, she uses the Red Crown to change them and implant them into Hagar to give her vision back.
And I agree with you on the Bishops using the crowns as accesibility aids! It seems to be pretty well in-line with the canon info, and I think it's a real neat touch for the Crowns to allow for stuff like such. (I've got a ferret god OC who relies on their crown to not be totally deaf)
For my stuff, the Old Wounds questline closed the wounds (save Shamura's skull and some injuries around their belly/forelegs due to the severity of the wounds) and stopped the bleeding/ichor'ing all over the place. It still left Leshy blind, Heket with trouble speaking, Kal with ragged ears, and Shamura with an exposed brain and tendency for the scars on their lower wounds to rip and cause internal organs to briefly become external. As Shamura was the most severely affected and still declining due to their exposed brain, Lamb started with them a few months after the Old Wounds quests wrapped up. Shamura was declining to the point of forgetting the sign language they used to communicate with Heket (here -> https://www.furaffinity.net/view/63149565/) and begged for Lamb to help them remember. Along with practicing sign language with Shamura, Lamb began to use material from her corpse-bones to slowly, over many sessions, close the open skull Shamura has. It takes a long time because she's afraid to further injure their brain, and just a tiny bit of skull would be regrown in each session. Eventually, she is able to close it, and once she does, it's far more simple for her to graft new flesh and skin over their head so they can start regrowing their fur there. (Here -> https://www.furaffinity.net/view/63196009/). Once that's done, Shamura stabilizes mentally, and while Lamb is currently unable to heal their memory loss and brainfog, Shamura's grateful that they're not suffering as severely as before. Plus, after the skull closing, Lamb is able to work on their lower torso injuries, which doesn't take nearly as long. The day when Shamura can run around some not worrying about their guts falling out is a good day for them (Here -> https://www.furaffinity.net/view/63235638/). All the time spent together during the healing sessions also has Shamura and Lamb form a bond, and they come to view one another as a siblings in the end. Lamb adores Shamura as a wise older sibling, and Shamura is very fond of Lamb as a helpful and kind younger one.

Thats certantly an interesting way to use ones resurrective immortality, i didn't really think the lamb even left a corpse after death that could be reclaimed. I always imagined the lambs body either being absorbed by the red crown or being taken by old faith cultists or wildlife for various purposes.
I would assume Shamuras other wounds/scars came from Narinder as well. Speaking of, as you touched on in the end of your comment, the Old Wounds questline was about more than healing physical wounds, it was about healing wounds of the heart
as well. I wonder, did your version of Shamura ever reconcile with Narinder? After all, of all four bishops, none was closer to Narinder than Shamura. Knowing this, perhaps Shamura saw the younger Narinder in your Lamb. I kinda have my own headcannon that Younger Narinder was much like the lamb, in that he wanted to change or end some of the darker elements of the old faith, in particular wanting to end sacrifices, especially forced ones. Though the bishops may argue that sacrifices are required to fuel their powers, they really aren't. In game, its actually possible to go through the entire game and unlock all crown upgrades without sacrificing a single follower. My version of the Lamb makes this one of his core tenants, believing firmly that power given is stronger than power taken. Regardless, my headcanon is that this is the reason why the bishops considered Narinders actions Heresy and eventually turned on him.

Nari eventually reconnects with his siblings in my AU, but it's a long, long process. All sides feel hurt, and for Narinder and Shamura specifically, they both end up refraining for a long time from even trying to do so because they're drowning in their own guilt over the matter. But, eventually, they're able to rebond and even if things aren't the same, they can peacefully interact again.
Makes sense, the events of Narinders rebellion hurt all who were involved, with both sides feeling betrayed by the other. Having had much time to ponder what had been done, i can see how both Nari and Shamura would end up having to deal with guilt. In some ways that guilt was already likely showing, even before the lamb brought Shamura down.
