I recall occasionally working on the 900 series when I was a mechanic, 'special tool' was the name of the game for working on them. Always liked the looks of them even if servicing them gave me headaches.
I'd wager if I'd worked on the 9-3 I would have liked working on them more.
Still a shame to watch an established world brand go through this.
