Jesus christ I have fucked up dreams sometimes :F
Doodled a dream I had a while ago. Scared me good. Ofcourse, like any other dream, it doesn't come across anywhere nearly as powerfull when told as when experienced. The little preview pic spoiling stuff doesn't help either :F Have you people had any memorable nightmares?
Edit: Refresh if the comic appears tiny

Meh, (to me) vampires just aren't as scary nowadays like they used to be...the only time I find vampires scary is when they're in Castlevania (I'm still trying to beat Dracula in Order of Ecclesia).
Oh yeah, this picture reminds me of those cartoons where the character walks off and their shadow's still there, then the shadow is like "Oh shit! I better catch up!"

Really just a random reference to Invasion of the Body Snatchers, a movie from like... the late 70s xP
The movie had people being replaced by replicas grown from some alien, plantlike, pods. Hence 'pod people' :p
See the ending to this: (if you dare D:) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nFXIPdseQA
Far fetched and intricate, yes :l

It may be kinda creepy in premise but you sure make it look cool! I wish I could relate to even having dreams like this; my dreams are usually the same premise of me exploring some random landscape or building with few or no other people around X^D
The last few panels are my favorite of course, I love the emphasis put on the shadow.

Scary stuff! I had a pretty creepy dream, as well. I was in an old house for the purpose of exorcising it, but ended up being trapped in there by a woman's spirit. This development had me scared out of my wits, and on constant edge, turning to see the spirit glide just out of sight into a different room, several times. Last thing I recall is being cornered in the bathroom with her screams echoing in my ears.
I had one that involved mind control spiders. they bite onto the back of your neck and take control of your body. http://www.spiderzrule.com/312/CrabSpider.jpg <-- looked like that. thing is those spiders are fairly common in the area of Florida where I live. two days later nearly walked into one of their webs, and fond myself face to face witht eh damn thing and i started shaking uncontrolably. i had been so shaken by the dream
When I was very little I had a dream about what I as a child at the time could only describe as hell. It started with me looking upon this line raggedy crumbling house ontop of a hill. It was dark I didn't see any stars which was odd and for god knows why I approached the house to find the for open and as I stepped inside Ifeel through the floor into the bbasement. Now unlike the dark colouration outside this basement was tinned with red as if there was blood everywhere. There were fire pits ask around the room with cages and all sorts of scary tools then I was grabbed from behind and dragged to a chair. And that is when I woke up screaming. I had that when I was still in the trailer house so I was about 3 or 4 yes old, and I'm 18 now that's how well it scared me.
Thanks for the lengthy response and your story =D Sorry for taking so long to respond.
Man, sometimes dreams can generate very VERY realistic sensations, which make the experience all the more powerful.
If not the setting, that kinda sudden yank sounds terrifying D= Some dreams just stick with you

This reminds me of this one weird dream I had at one point.
Nothing but a bunch of mounds of sticks battling other mounds of sticks, if not the land itself. Nothing but that stuff, for the five hours I was asleep before waking up, SEVERELY unnerved by it. Like you said in an earlier comment, simply mentioning it can't really do it justice.
