Another try at the first cartoon pinup girl, this time with her traditional round eyes. I actually did a color version of this, but for fun I also did this black and white version. Her outfit is inspired by the costume she wore in the very first Popeye cartoon, which was a Betty Boop entry called "Popeye The Sailor."
