Homemade Chicken Bacon Ranch Burgers on Pretzel Buns
One thing I recommond is when it comes to putting sauce on any burger don't be afraid to be a little greedy.
One Spicy and one non-spicy
Preheat your oven to 450F
I bought some spicy bread crumbs along with regular Italian bread crumbs. I set up my bread station the same way. Flour, egg wash, and two different bread crumbs, making sure I could tell the two apart. Basically, this was my chicken tender recipe, but I used chicken breasts, which I cut in half using a butterfly cut.

I recommend that if you're baking this, lay down a piece of parchment paper before baking. Though this is something that's optional.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
For the spicy burger, I made a special ranch sauce.
Spicy Ranch Sauce
2 or 3 tbsp of ranch
A couple of drops of hot sauce
Cayenne Pepper and paprika
Spread some of your sauce on the bottom and top buns. Gently place one chicken patty on the bottom bun, top it with pepper jack cheese and bacon, and lastly, add your top bun.
The non-spicy burger, I just used plain ranch dressing.
The bacon I used was regular store-bought bacon.
Spread some ranch on both the top and bottom buns, place one chicken patty on the bottom bun, add 2 slices of cheddar cheese and bacon, and finally, place your top bun.
DO NOT CONSUME RAW CHICKEN!!!
