I have to admit that I didn't recognize Antiw. Then I asked myself how one could draw her. 🤔
Imitate her long ears with an updo hairstyle? -> A quick research told me that those apparently were not a thing in ancient Egypt.
Wigs or crowns? -> Probably not suitable rank- and profession-wise.
The only thing I can think of: Antiw has a small tuft of hair on her head, hasn't she? -> Maybe a bald haircut with a few strands of hair left standing on top (like the woman on the right in this artistic reconstruction).
Hmm, interesting to ponder, but difficult indeed.
