Probably a bit sassy and quick to snap at someone due to having a short temper, but rather chill otherwise.
As for hwr and Rosalina, possibly. My canon is that due to being in space for so long the the only other human being her own reflection, she unknowingly developed an attraction towards herself, at least visually.
