This is part of the Cathartic AU, a Deltarune AU in which basically the characters are living in a series of absurdist situations in the real world, or an abstraction of it. That means Susie gets to wear a PIL shirt (orgnel chracter donut steel) and the background was traced from a picture of my town. I live in Brazil by the way, for what's worth.
