Name: Remington Winchester but goes by Toad

Occupation: Owner of a weapons shop Lok'd and Toad. He creates and sells an assortment of different items ranging from weaponry to robotics.

Personality: The best way to describe him is unhinged and chaotic. he can go from being calculating and very intelligent. To laying upside down in his chair throwing popcorn at customers. His wild antics have drawn a lot of scrutiny over the years. Most people just write him off as crazy and leave it at that. But those few that know him personally know that Toad might be eccentric but he's definitely sane. At least mostly sane. He's intelligent, cold, and calculating. Toad didn't get where he is by mere luck. He's not one to ever be under estimated.

Friends: Roland

History: Remington was purchased by an older gunsmith to take over his craft. His owner, Winston had no children or family. Early on it was discovered that he had a real talent for creating things. Be it guns or other technology. His eye for detail made it easy for him to surpass his master. Winston fell ill in his early teens and it was only a few years before he passed away. It meant that Remington was solely left in charge of Winston's shop. However, Remington's reputation eventually reached the ears of some unscrupulous individuals. It wasn't long before he was crafting new items for these people. He earned the nickname "Toad" and eventually that's all anyone knew him by. He would change the name of his deceased owners shop from Winston's Armaments and Customs to Lok'd and Toad. He's known to be a heavy hitter in the under ground scene able to provide everything from weapons to robotics and high tech prosthetics. However, he's also known to be quirky and unhinged. Best to watch what you say around him.

Fun facts:

*Toad has hearing loss from years of working around firearms and explosives. He always yells and will yell at you to speak louder. He really has hearing implants of his own making however and can hear just fine. He just likes to eavesdrop on people.

*This guy seems to always have info. He's willing to share...for a fee of course.

*His favorite thing to do is set off explosives and shoot obnoxiously large weapons. Usually in a controlled setting. Usually.

*He likes to wear heavy green tinted steampunk esque goggles even when not working.

*It's rumored that he might be behind several disappearances...but authorities can't tie him to any of the cases.
