You should be allways carefull when dealing whit magical items. Vaelvex learned this hard way , when he equiped Girdle of Masculinity/Femininity whitout knowing what it does.
He was transformed to female version ! Till he get to cleric to remove the curse he will enjoy a bit more attention ;)
