Thought maybe the Ulurathians (or in this case, a True Ulurathian) could have more pronounced blessings that corespond with their blood-blessing thingie.
So horns for the Iron-blooded. They're basically just metal wizards from Warhammer Fantasy lol - But let's not go too deep into that xD
I also imagine these blessing often manifest as extra limbs as well - Extra wings are most commmon, but stuff like extra pairs of arms, sometimes up to two extra pairs, is possible. Some less lucky, having a savage looking maw full of sharp teeth or something.
