Heavily inspired by The End is Nigh's cartridge screens. Wanted to have my take on something similar to them with Veil, that includes the overlay and everything animated. Also trying to experiment with incorporating audio/sound to my work. The audio comes from Puzzles V5 by Skymbria, since it felt most fitting. You can listen to it in full here! (No affiliations)

This animation was a LOT less intricate compared to my previous one. Though it doesn't hold a candle to it, I still like this animation a lot! Trying my best to mimic every aspect of The End is Nigh's cartridges: from the name of the cartridge (in this case it would be "Detective Furret") and getting the design accurate to its referenced game (you probably know), to the fade in 'n out, to hand drawing the screen tone (this is usually the most tedious part) and getting the speed of it right, I think I did everything pretty accurately! Well except for the music. It starts during the fade in, but I couldn't get my selected track to work right starting with the fade in, so it's a little delayed. Otherwise, that's about it!
