Anthro Arceus was considered an Action Figure in Palkia's world due to his size, so much so that he was not supposed to be noticed by his son Palkia, but due to a terrible distraction he made himself noticed and Anthro Palkia bowed down and raised his huge hand towards his father to pick him up and play with him like an Action Figure toy.
