Inspired, I drew some fan art for Lies of P — Romeo, the King of Puppets ❤️
I bought my very first souls-like game just because of this guy 🔥😅 I’d never even played Dark Souls before. I was watching Kuplinov’s let’s play, and when he reached the King of Puppets, I realized — I NEED to play this myself lol. I want to experience the story firsthand!!!
God, I love dark, cruel stories like this… mmm, suffering and angst 😅🥰 I don’t fully know what exactly happened to him yet, but his storyline really intrigues me. Same with the main character. Guys… what happened to you 😭
I really love this kind of storytelling, where you have to scour every corner, search for notes, and piece the story together bit by bit. Absolute delight 🔥 And the game touches on my favorite themes too — robots and consciousness. Basically Detroit: Become Human, but darker. Markus really went off the rails 🤣

Lies of P is one heck of a first Soulslike, my friend. Excellent choice. I'm glad the art direction and music dragged you in. Its so wonderful that it has difficulty options as well, because this is way harder than the first two Dark Souls games by a country mile.
If you'd like to see more of Romeo, be sure to pick up the Overture DLC. Its a real tough one!
